Great attempt at answering the question.
If I were you, before even talking about the challenges in the same line as introducing Amazon Music, I’d rather talk about how Amazon Music is positioned uniquely against youtube, spotify, apple music, soundcloud, reverbnation, myspace etc.
Then identify with the various users types that uses amazon music. From your response, it’s not clear, if you’re the end consumer of music streaming services or are you the advertiser using the distribution prowess of the platform.
In terms of the challenge itself, getting bored is a very generic pain point. There’s too much subjectivity to this pain point. Think harder on the pain points with respect to the user segment that you identify the most. Also, you havent defined the user segment yet.
